|---|---|---|
| Name | Contact form | Required |
| Email address | Contact form | Required |
| Company and country | Contact form | Optional |
| The content of your message | Contact form or email | Required |
| Technical log data: IP address, browser, time of the request | Generated by the hosting service for security and to keep the site running | Collected automatically |
We do not ask for sensitive personal data as defined in Article 1 of the Law, and we ask you not to send any in the message field.
3. Why we process it and on what basis
- To answer your request and to discuss a possible engagement. Basis: your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, and the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Articles 4 and 6 of the Law).
- To keep the site available and secure. Basis: our legitimate interest in protecting our systems, which does not override your rights.
- To comply with the law, including the accounting and company records required in the United Arab Emirates, where a request turns into a contract.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making and we do not send marketing emails unless you separately ask us to.
4. How long we keep it
- Requests that do not lead to an engagement: up to twenty-four months, then deleted.
- Data connected to a contract: for the term of the contract and for the period required by the accounting and commercial rules applicable to the company.
- Technical logs: up to twelve months.
5. Who else sees it
Your data is seen by Juvantum LLC, and by the suppliers that operate our systems as processors on our instructions:
- the provider that hosts this website and delivers it;
- the provider of our email service.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
6. Transfers outside the United Arab Emirates
Our suppliers may store or process data on servers outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the United States and in the European Union. Under Articles 22 and 23 of the Law, such a transfer is allowed where the destination country provides an adequate level of protection, or on the basis of a contract that imposes equivalent obligations on the recipient, or with your explicit consent. We rely on those grounds and we keep the contractual commitments of our suppliers on file.
7. Your rights
Under the Law you may ask us, at any time and free of charge, to:
- receive information on how your data is processed (Article 13);
- receive a copy of your data in a structured format, or have it transferred (Article 14);
- correct or complete inaccurate data, or have it erased (Article 15);
- restrict the processing in the cases set out by the Law (Article 16);
- object to processing based on a legitimate interest (Article 17);
- object to automated processing, which we do not carry out in any case (Article 18);
- withdraw a consent you have given, without affecting what was lawful before the withdrawal.
Write to info@juvantum.com. We answer within thirty days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the UAE Data Office.
8. Security
We apply the technical and organisational measures required by Article 20 of the Law, proportionate to the limited data we hold: encrypted connections, access limited to the people who need it, and suppliers bound by written commitments. If a breach occurs that puts your privacy or confidentiality at risk, we notify the UAE Data Office, as Article 9 of the Law requires, and, where the Law requires it, you.
9. Children
This site is addressed to companies and to the people who run them. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Visitors in the European Union
